We build knowledge


To understand more about how we can increase the knowledge of how African companies can survive over the first generation, we have launched an interactive research project in Nigeria.

The purpose is to identify a process model that can be used in many places in Africa.

We are a team from both Sweden and Nigeria. Together with Annika Hall, researcher and expert on generational switches, we conduct workshops, training and offer families coaching in the process.

We are writing on two different articles in the field.

  • clearifying the organization’s strategies
  • identifying and implementing values
  • develop a culture of innovation
  • leaders at different levels to develop a facilitative leadership

We find the way together

We set up a goal with a clear connection to what your business identified as important for your development. We identify the challenges, problems and hinders to reach the goal, and also your vision, your values and competitive advantages. Together we set up an action plan to reach the goals and form the teams to perform the different steps.

By asking questions, the coach takes you from the present position to the goal position. The development happens in the communication, while the person or team itself finds the answers.
